Oil company announces arrival of a petrol shipment to Hodeidah port

SANA'A, Nov. 15 (Saba) - The Yemeni Oil Company announced on Thursday the arrival of a shipment of gasoline to the port of Hodeidah.

The ship (Carpe Diem) loaded with the amount of 19 thousand and 718 tons of gasoline, arrived in the draft of the port of Hodeidah after being detained by the aggression coalition for 21 days, the oil company said in a statement received by Saba.

The executive director of the company instructed the specialists in Hodeidah branch to take the necessary procedures for laboratory testing of the cargo in the port of the draft and arrange for its entry to unload in case it meets the approved specifications and start loading to cover the needs of citizens and various vital sectors, the statement said.

The coalition of aggression is still holding five oil ships and prevents them from entering the port of Hodeidah in order to tighten the screws on citizens and increase their suffering despite the urgent need for petroleum materials, the statement stressed.
