Hilton Garden Inn RAK names new F&B Services Manager
Hilton Garden Inn, Ras Al Khaimah has appointed Rahul Mishra as the hotel’s food & beverages (F&B) Services Manager.
Mishra brings over 12 years of experience working in the hospitality sector in his native India and the UAE, including roles at Dubai properties The Atlantis, The Palm and One & Only Royal Mirage hotels plus Hilton’s Ras al Khaimah Resort & Spa.
Mishra first entered the industry as a waiter working at the ITC Hotel & Resort in India. From there, as his experience, knowledge and passion for the sector grew, he has transitioned into more senior positions and played a key role in the successful running of a diverse range of F&B outlets and venues
Familiar with the operation of a wide range of both high-end and more casual F&B venues, Mishra worked as Team Leader at The Atlantis’ busy Kaleidoscope Restaurant where he oversaw 600+ covers each day before moving to the role of Outlet Manager at the hotel’s Ronda Locatelli venue, an Italian restaurant operated by celebrity chefs Michel Rostang and Santi Santamaria.
A results-driven professional with an eye for detail and passion for engaging with colleagues and hotel guests, Mishra’s new role will see him assume responsibility for all of the hotel’s F&B operations. He will also be in charge of implementing the Hilton Garden Inn, Ras Al Khaimah’s corporate vision, developing strategic opportunities and boosting financial performance.
