Oil Ministry, Yemen Gas Company condemn continued detention of oil trailers in Marib

SANAA, July 14 (Saba) - The Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals and the Yemeni Gas Company have condemned the continued detention of 1,200 gas trailers in the areas of al-Falaj, al-Jarsha, al-Juba, al -al-Sadarah, and al-Manafil in Marib province for 23 days.

A statement issued by the Ministry and the company, Saba got a copy of it, confirmed the Ministry and the company are keen on facilitating the access of domestic gas to all provinces of the Republic.

The statement called on all honorable people in Marib province to intervene to release the detained gas trailers and allow their passage so that all the provinces can obtain the gas material.

The statement also stressed that the continued detention of gas trailers would lead to an increase in the suffering of citizens and a crisis of domestic gas.
