MTIT urges mobile companies to upgrade to 4G

SANA'A, Nov. 22 (Saba) - Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology (MTIT) on Saturday notified all mobile phone companies of turning into the fourth generation (4G) technology.

In its statement, the Ministry said that the second and third generation licenses will be expired at the end of 2021.

It said that the 4G will enhance the services provided by the mobile companies in Yemen.
