Coffee Festival inaugurated in Sana'a
SANA'A, Oct. 06 (Saba) - The Coffee Revolution Festival and Exhibition was inaugurated on Wednesday in the capital Sana'a under the slogan 'The development and protection of coffee is all our responsibility.'
The two-day festival, organized by the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee, the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, and the Federation of Coffee Producers and Exporters Associations, aims to enable this important strategic and cash crop to regain its historical and national status and advance it to be a sustainable tributary for economic development in Yemen.
After the inauguration, members of the Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Al-Nua'imi, Jaber Al-Wahbani, and Prime Minister, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Habtoor, were briefed on the contents of the exhibition, which included samples of Yemeni coffee products and crops with its various names and kinds, as well as a part of related industries.
