TAP) - Tunisia observes the Global Handwashing Day which corresponds to October 15 of each year and the 8th National Handwashing Day under the sign «Our Future is at Hand – Let's Move Forward Together,» said a statement of the Ministry of Health released Tuesday.

The Ministry of Health calls on this occasion the Regional Directors of Health to take a series of measures including the call of public and private institutions to promote the necessary equipment and verify their compliance to ensure proper handwashing.
