Health Minister discusses with WHO's Representative health sector needs
SANA'A, Feb. 02 (Saba) - Minister of Public Health and Population, Dr. Taha Al-Mutawakel, discussed on Wednesday with the World Health Organization (WHO)'s representative in Sana'a, Dr. Adham Abdel Moneim, ways to enhance cooperation and partnership between the Health Ministry and the organization.
The meeting touched on the ministry's plan for the year 2022 and the needs of the health sector in Yemen in terms of medicines and medical supplies, especially in light of the continued aggression and siege.
In the meeting, the Health Minister praised the WHO efforts and its representative in Yemen to support the health sector.
