PM: Government is keen to enhance integration with Parliament

SANA'A, Jun. 15 (Saba) - Prime Minister Dr. Abdulaziz Saleh bin Habtoor on Tuesday confirmed that the government is keen to enhance integration with the Parliament and to adhere to its recommendations and implement them in practice.

This came during his meeting with the Minister of State for Parliament and Shura Affairs, Dr. Ali Abu Holiqa, who handed him a letter from the Parliament Speaker, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i.

The letter included an invitation to the Prime Minister and members of the government for attending to the Parliament to respond to the House members' inquiries regarding the level of implementation of the House recommendations issued during previous parliamentary sessions.

The Prime Minister confirmed that the government will go to Parliament on time in the letter, and that it pursuits to consolidate aspects of the constitutional partnership with the Parliament.
